Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (as known as YHR) is a Chinese National High-Tech Enterprise with more than 300 employees. YHR started the research of Glass-Fused-To-Steel Technology since 1995, and built the first Made-In-China Glass-Fused-To-Steel Tank in 1999.
In 2017 and 2018, YHR absorbed investments from China Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Wens Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. As the industry leader of Glass-Fused-To-Steel Tanks in Asia, YHR has two modern manufacturing facilities of Glass-Fused-To-Steel Tanks in Caofeidian city and Jinzhou city, Hebei Province, China.

CNC cutting / CNC punching, Shot Blasting and Arcing of Steel Panels
1. Drawing of numerical control equipment;
2. CNC cutting / CNC punching;
3. Shot blasting machine to remove rust and remove oxide layer;
4. Pressed by arcing machine;
Vitrium Coating and Drying, Fused at 1500 to 1650 ℃
1. The bottom coating is sprayed and dried;
2. Two spraying two burning proces, then fired;
3. Inspection and repairing.
Quality Test and Packed for Shipment
1. On-line inspection and labeling of finished products; unqualified repair;
2. The finished product is packed according to the packing list.
To support the foreseeable Sales Growth specially in the Global Market, YHR have invested US$60 Millions to build a new factory located in Tangshan, which is the largest factory of Bolted Glass-Fused-To-Steel Tanks in Asia.
